Shipments and returns


Your pack shipment

Standard delivery (estimated at 3-5 working days from order date) from £3.95

Express delivery (estimated at 1 working day from order date) from £4.95

Please Note: Deliveries to remote locations (including highland or Island addresses) may take up to 2 days longer.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Returns

 You can return items using Royal Mail service, print off a returns label, attach it to the parcel & then take it to your local Post Office. Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office. We will not refund return postage costs.

You can return unwanted items within 14* days for a refund or replacement. 

Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card by your bank.

If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 14* days, simply return it in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered, an exchange or refund will be offered.
